Why don't you try let your shih tzu have a look at the kittens and see how he reacts? Last time I gave up a kitten up for adoption for Hun's friend and her shih tzus got along real well with the kitty.

Not all dogs are friendly or hostile towards cats. Best thing is to let them see cats and see how they react. My two big sakais are ok with cats but the 3 shih tzus are not really cat-friendly. They won't kill bu they don't want to friend with cats either.

3 months above after the kitten stop drinking 100% from their mom, and start eating my them self. unless you have orphan kitten, then u need to give milk using the bottle

if u want the kittens to be your home pet, better give cat food kibbles / wet food for cats. please dont give the food we eat. so kesian man... better dont keep pet.

you see.. please balance your love towards your pet dog and cat. if u dont think u can afford keep the cat, then help them find a better home/adopter.
