As mentioned in Lower Ping How To in wow forum that these " Nagle algorithm " is the culprit for high latency.. wondering if the new patch works as good as lowerping service did =)

Mmm btw, why do people fixed it in a sec, and blizzard takes years to figure out why?
Bliz seem dont care about oceanic player, but I think now, they do care =)
