get real boy, sometimes, ppl selling their stuff perfectly, but when it arrive to the buyer, by mistake or anything unlucky, the stuff easily faulty. in this situation, whose gonna bare? ive experience several times already as ive been trading here alot.

luckily almost 95% of my OEM product sold w/out any single bad comment from buyer.. flex.gif flex.gif

i suspected my dell pc that is the error, i suspect, cause dell pc is troublesome, yes, i waited till morning test at all the pcs in my office, it did work, but for a while and went blank. exactly like the problem which reported by other local and foreign users, the links is in my first page.


The technician is a professional samsung technician, the rules is, cannot dismantle any unwarranted samsung product, that is their policy. dismantle it will cost money. and you can always call up to samsung, give them your lcd serial number, they will able to retrieve a work order sheet for you, if there is a work order sheet open up for your lcd, i takes all the blame.

nobody is a loser, just some misunderstanding...perhaps?

Get real uncle, that is the risk involved.

Else 2nd hand items without warranty should worth less than normal market price.

1. now i'm admid the warranty that he forced me to give..ok no prob..i will refund his money

2. i'm afraid of being cheated by buyer..did face b4 when i sold my fon..the buyer said got signal problem after 3 days used if i'm not mistaken..bored that he always chasing me, i full refund his money..but the reality is the fon dun have problem..i sold to my office mate for 1 year already and he still using it without any complain..that guy maybe dun satisfied with that fon after buy and created too much reason..so i'm afraid to give any warranty until now..if u can searh all my thread, i dun even give any personal warranty even 1 hour...

3. i also dun find the complain area that he claimed..

4. i suspect maybe his pc not support or some function at bios disable..i ask my it officer this evening..this could be a prob also..

agreed with u..this i my second time happen..that's why i dun give warranty...in this situation, seller always to be blamed..only god knows...saigh...

actually ur warranty period is already over at 930 pm just now...1 day right..so mean 24hours..u pick up at 930 and the warranty is over at 930..so should i refund ur money? i have the right not to refund since the warranty is already void...

but nevermind..i'm not cruel and dun want to eat ur money..u can come..i give u until 12..otherwise, x dapek den nak nolong

yup..as i said..i'm a big loser here...but god know who is in a true side..but i will make sure this is my last time for doing this warranty mistake..poor me..uhuk2..thank god that i still dun use the money to buy new 19' lcd... rclxms.gif
planning to buy it 2morrow...

but i will test kaw2 the lcd 2nite until morning..will see whether it is true or not..if not true , i will attacked him back kaw2 here 2morrow..i'll do my word..i wanna clean back my reputation here...

yup..just come back from meet him..and now i'm using the lcd that he said got prob..and u guess what? the lcd working normally..i think i was cheated by buyer 1 more time..how unlucky i am..here is are the screen shot..

Basically if the LCD is fine than; you practically loose nothing and only lost time.
Same as the HP that you mentioned earlier. You loose nothing but time.
Yes you refunded the money, but eventually you sold it off too....so where's the loosing part?!

Not siding on anyone, but also loufong should have considered option 3 as even if there's something wrong with monitor; no one knows when the problem occurred. It might be a slight bump in either zulizo's car or loufong's car. So basically option 3 offered by zulizo is quite sensible.

just came back, its been a long day for this matter, if it work on your site, i am glad for you. at least you get it back in original condition. it should be concluded as misunderstanding. somehow on my site i must say it ain't work. could be compatibility issue. glad you found it still in original condition. anyway...problem solve as seller is gentlemen to solve this matter instead of walking away.
