Meaning you only get once big point on AA ticket RM20=1BP AFAIK, not all AA tickets entitled Big point. Those Economy promo ticket should be excluded. The Big points only will be credited into your account 1-2 days after you took the flight. You can check your Big point summary in your account, if your flight ticket not entitled for Big point then will be shown as 0.
