Happened to me in shopee too ,

reload RM900 , wanted to buy something RM300 ....
1st 3 attempt FAILED ....

4th , get through OTP ......failed == insufficient fund ....

have to wait + wait ....

try again in 1 hour later ....
failed again .....
finally get through .....


if urgent transactions ..... this is show stopper ....

Not sure if you can use Prepaid Mastercard to request for cash (cash back or cash out) at some grocery stores there. Debit card cashback is quite common.
Our Giant hypermarkets did provide Debit cashback service a few years ago. You could get cash from the Giant's cashier instead of looking for ATM for cash withdrawal.

the max , currently is RM3400 from SCB machine ?

Tried PETRON at Juru,BM last night

failed ......tried a few time at Kiosk + counter inside ===ALL FAILED ....

this is really frustrating .....wasted so much time.
In the end, i have to use other spare credit cards .... !!

Seems like from Tounc N Go thread....
not many places taKE credit cards even in KL ....

I'm from penang , i should be grateful to be able to reload with cash without fee .....


Possible to do reload ONLINE ?
cant seems to find any info/link .....

why not BP add the option for Touch N go ?
