I am already sick and tired of corresponding to agents and Team Leaders.

I want to share my deep and neverending frustration about Streamyx empty promises to me.
Scenario.
I applied to transfer by telephone and my streamyx account from KL to JB in the middle of January 08.
I was promised that both accounts will resume to normal on Feb 1st.
1. I only received my telephone in the middle of Feb 08, which I dont mind as much because making it avaliable
ASAP was too unrealistic systemwise. So I didnt mind the wait.
2. At that time, I was notified by the CSR in charge that Streamyx was only waiting on my telephone line to be avaliable
for them to reactivate their line. I was fine by this. Later, when the phone was installed and working fine, I rang up the Helpline
and they informed me it should be avaliable in 7 working days. Again, as I am too from Operations enviroment, I waited.
3. Two weeks later, I rang up again as I cant connect (ERROR 678) and they informed me everything was settled. I said I still cant connect
and they passed the line to another CSR (I assume the team leader) He informed me that this is because of some road construction that affected the streamyx
service in my area. Again, as I am a patient man, I waited. But I did some homework of my own, I surveyed around my area,
no such road construction. My buddy who is using the same service had no problem accessing his account. But I was still giving Streamyx the benefit of the doubt, I waitied.
4. I rang up again after 2 weeks for the same thing. The CSR this time again informed me that everything is okay inside the system. I informed him I still cant connect. I was passed to another TL , who informed me that she suspects that the jumper may be the problem. She promised to Update me again, but nothing.
Still I am patient.
5. Again, I rang up after that, the CSR this time gain informed me that everything is fine from your end. I repeatedly stated my problem. She tried to pass the line to her TL, but in the end no avail. She promised to check bak and get back to me. Nothing too.
Last monday, I called again. This time, thank God, the CSR slipped his tongue. I asked him what is the actual problem, he replied that the port was not avaliable, then I asked for his confirmation, is the port broken OR not avaliable, he quickly stated its the same thing. I realized something, all this 2 months plus and after paying RM200, i was duped. All this while, I had no port. I have to wait until streamyx installs ports in my area. I am very aware of this 'no port fiasco' and all this while, I have been paying for nothing. The agents didnt tell me the truth, they only said that this is a technical/port problem, but didnt explained to me that the port was unavaliable.
Facts.
1. I waited / was lied to for 2 months plus.
2. Even though I was provided by very bad service, no let me rephrase that, no service at all, I never screamed/yelled on the phone. I talked to your agents nicely and professionally.
3. All of the agents repeatedly asked me when and where did I applied to transffered the line, I had to refurnish them the same details each time. Its like no record of the transaction ever existed.
4. I paid RM 198 for nothing.
Now, I am giving you and your team to respond to
a) Why I was being lied to?
b) How and when will my problem will be solved?
I am giving you 48 hours to respond. I will, cancel my account and take this matter to Consumer Tribunal Court (which fees is only RM5 for the stamp)I do not want a normal CSR or Team Leaders' response. I require a take from the manager. And I do not want a measly phone call with empty promises, I want a black and white response.
I am already on the very verge of my patience with you. My payment history is good and I do not understand on why, TM who being touted as the premier BB
provider in Malaysia treats patient and loyal customers like me like a piece of dirt. Sorry for my diction, but if you have been lied for 2 months plus it comes naturally.
