CPA is expensive and very strict.. after getting the degree from respective uni, the balance paper is read by ur own if u were in malaysia. who can pass it
When i ask about tuition for the remaining paper, the guy give me a weird look, indirectly look down at me(as ACCA)

Stewardship model- is of the view that good corporate governance occurs when managers are good stewards of the corp and diligently work to attain high levels of corporate profits and Shareholders' returns. Being stewards of the org, management will never pursue their own self-interests, and therefore there is no monitoring of management.
