Compaq Presario F731AU ..find the driver as it was scattered around the internet. maybe ask the seller provide you with one cd. then your problem will be settle with Rm200 lesser.

Added on December 11, 2007, 7:52 pmok didnt buy the aboe though...

now latest....

1) Compaq PC700TU - Intel Celeron 540 1.86Ghz, 512MB DDR2, 80 GB HDD, 15.4" TFT, Combo Drive, Free DOS (no wifi, drivers, bag) - RM949

2) Compaq PC714TU - Intel Dual Core (T2330) 1.6Ghz, 1.0GB DDR2, 80 GB HDD, 15.4" TFT, DVDRW, WIFI, Free DOS (no bag, drivers dunno got or not) - RM1,399 (additional RM450 comp. to item 1)

So what's the new verdict guyz!

Compaq C714TU for only RM1,399?wow that's cheap..r u sure? hmm.gif

just now i saw it with the price RM1,999 at the computer shop and lastly i bought compaq presario f731au with 2GB RAM at RM1910 sweat.gif

Correct me if I am wrong. I think although Core duo or Core 2 duo are efficient than AMD turion but AMD clock speed are far higher than those recently released low end core duo / core 2 duo. I find some benchmark result and I find that Core 2 Duo is maximum 30% faster than Turion. So I think buying those cheaper AMD Compaq is better than buying more expensive Intel Compaq
