SEGi College offers them, and some other college too, all you have to do is look around, for SEGi College the course fee is 30k for 2 and a half years, if you're a bumi then you will have 50% discount on the course fees = 15k.

There are also workshops conducted by various groups and photographers themselves.

Click magazine has a wedding photography workshop held by Zung of ThePhotoz. They also have New SLR Owners class as well.

photography is self learnt.

college courses offer you the technicalities...

but there's nothing that you cant learn online.
