I was PM some buyer and i know that this guy sometime sell item not as described.
he sell COD succesfully but ur item not like he describe.One man buy hp and on this forum the item was claimed fine but when he try at home, never can be on


What happened to me is he keep delay to send item and did not trust that i was transfer money.
Many excuse and im very hate person like that.

Im jeff8585 here, first of all I would like to clarified the whole matter, the account he bankin is my friend accout because I dont have Maybank. I couldnt reached him the account holder at all even I went to his kampung at JB look for him. So 2nd day adioz88 transferred I ask adioz88 to go to his bank cancelled the transfer, after that he told me that he is not free at that time on exam but after 2-3 days adioz88 told me the bank couldnt granted his cancellation of transfer. So I tell him I need more time to look for the account holder. But until last night I couldnt get the account holder (my friend) so I sms adioz88 to cancelled the transfer ASAP! The money inside the bank Im very sure it didnt touch at all, as I know the account holder was not in Malaysia anymore. I even tell adioz88 I will bankin him extra RM50 for time and losses he accured. What adioz88 need to now is cancelld the transferred with Maybank. I dont know is really that hard to do it or not?

So forumer and Moderator do think I cheat him or conned him? I replied all his sms and calls everytime he contacted me. If you forumer cant believe me, you all can always PM all my buyer who deal (COD) with me before, did I ever cheat or cancel deal with them?

adioz88 please cancelled the transferred with Maybank. I believe they will assist you. On top of that I will bankin more RM50 for you losses in time and transport very soon. Will that be ok with you? If not please tell me how you want me satisfied you or how to pay your losses?

after read through all the things,
if all jeff said is true,i must say that jeff is a good seller.
some more he pauid u rm50 from his own to bayar ganti rugi for u.

since the acc holder is no longer is malaysia,u can always get the money back from the transaction if he never touch the money.

anyway,we cant judge this by listening to one party,TS,can u clarify that all jeff said is true?

Can't believe jeff use someone else account that he/she is not in Malaysia now.. Come to think of it, a lot of conman use someone else account to create confusion and delay shipment.

But if TS can cancel the fund transfer and get the RM50 for his loss (time, transport, fuel, etc), i guess it is even.

Begini, dia beritahu saya number akaun dia.
Dan saya transfer duit sebanyak Rm250.00.
Dia janji nak post keesokan harinya atau lusa.
Selepas tarikh tu, dia katakan bahawa kad rosak dan tak boleh nak check balance akaun.
Padahal kalau kad rosak,boleh buat semula di mana2 cawangan asalkan pemagang asal mesti ada.
Bukan seperti yang dia katakan, kena buat kat Johor ( konon2 dia buat di johor)
Saya sendiri berjumpa dengan banker dan mengesahkan duit tu dah diguna berdasarkan akses yang dibuat oleh banker tersebut.( tapi jeff kata tak sentuh langsung duit) Penipu, saya sendiri nampak ada urusan berlaku dan pengeluaran sejumlah RM2250 sehari selepas saya bank in.
Bila saya minta banker untuk cancel transfer, banker nyatakan bahawa tidak boleh buat.Sebab ada baki RM77.00 sahaja dan adalah salah di sisi undang2 berbuat begitu.Dengan rasa sedih dan malu, disebabkan saya bertekak lama dengan banker semata2 nak tolong si jeff ni.
Padahal jeff pergunakan saya untuk lengahkan masa dia.
Selepas tu sampai sekarang dia bagi alasan lain pulak.
Semalam last chance saya bagi peluang tapi dia akhirnya mengaku dia tipu saya pasal duit tu.Baru dia mengaku itu bukan akaun dia.Kenapa tak beritahu saya awal2 kalau awak GOOD SELLER dan JUJUR

Dah la tipu orang, dah tu gunakan orang untuk kepentingan sendiri.
Saya dah PM buyer yang pernah beli dgn Jeff
Dan terbukti dia memang ada masalah.
Biar dia sendiri fikir sebab siapa makan cili,dia rasa pedas.
Saya punya la tolong p bank, bagi dia masa, mintak tolong kawan2....
tapi apa saya dapat? Malu!!!


Apa yang saya nak katakan sekarang, dia seller jenis kaki putar belit.

Sedangkan seorang yang benar tak akan beri segala alasan yang tak boleh diterima akal tu..

Err...the bank don't undo the transfer lar. Because they said that the money is already into the other person's account & the only way is to ask that person to refund the money. I am very sure about this because I just recently went to Maybank regarding money that was already transferred into somebody else account...
