If im not mistaken you got to register your console on Xbox.com first, then you will get a reference number...
but the biggest problem is to finding a personal contact in Singapore...unless you are planning to go on a 5 hour trip...

yeah you need a legit Singapore address...i think some guys found a way around that but im not sure how...
