there are some initial hiccups with the letters and such.

latest status: SB SMSed me last week telling me he might drop by and hand me the refund as i hand him the letter. replied SB asking him when he'll drop by my office, no reply as yet. Still waiting and hoping.

I can't wait till I can confirm that he had refunded.
