Refrain yourself from accusing SB is a conman. There's no solid proof to that. From what I can see now, SB said unknown status for the stock arrival is because the shipment has not reach M'sia shore, and who knows what will delay the shipment. A sea storm is worse enough. If stock are to arrive, there's also no guarantee there will be enough stock as distribution across whole nation have to be considered as well. Just pray for the best outcome. I also urgently need the refund back as my friend is pushing me to the limit.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. All we want is good outcome.

I don't know for sure but mostly likely would be the latter one.

It's not easy to find such large sum of amount in such a short while, unless one is filthy rich or having some saving of his own. Just hope the supplier are able to release those money if requested since those stock can be sold to other buyer as well.

Anyway SB replied me and is working hard to get money. At least he's not MIA.

I did, he do not bother to. I guess many would agree. And the money is extremely urgent. Why? It's not my money, it's my friend and I have been pushed to refund them with my own money. There's thing I did not state here doesn't mean it seems that the money is not important to me. And one thing, I'm not in KL. But its ok, what matter is SB knows my situation.

Refund to those made reports to make them retract the reports is an offense if you still don't get it. It's an intention. If you say refund to those without making reports, that would be perfectly fine.

We should focus more onto the court case right now. Whether we can get our money back depends on the outcome.

I get what you mean, but that's not the case right now and you know it.

If SB goes into jail, there's nothing we can do about it and yes, you can kiss goodbye to the money. After few years, he will be released from jail and start a new life over again, but with a black record.
