temptation1314, I wouldn't celebrate yet. Only 4 people said to get refunds, 3 confirmed and 1 can only confirm by lunch today. But after that? We nearly 80 ppl on the list.

28 working days is to protect u, not a condition. If u want a refund before that time then u may incur his 30% admin fees. 28 working days is double his eta of 10-14 working days. But now that he suggest all buyers put their name in the refund list (for PSP i presume but it should apply to all since really he cant get stock for all his bulks) his 30% admin fees has been rendered void by himself.

There are more ppl that are experience in making police reports in this matter. But if you need a leader to guide you, Heroes99 seems to be a smart cookie around matters like this. So it would be best you take his lead and his instructions on the matter. In addition, he is in KL and I am in Penang and the majority of SB's buyers are KL ppl.

Don't commit your name if you don't intend to go through with it. Not only you waste Heroes99's time (if he accepts to lead) but you also disrepect him.

!st add urself to the list. Then after there is at least 5 guys arrange a time to go.

The 1st group will be the foundation group where other groups from KL or other states can use their report as a reference when making a report.

When a second group makes their report.. pls give the reference number n where u made it so the next group use ur's n the 1st group as a reference.

Just a little note to u all, Austin a trader that has invest 10s of thousands of his own money in one go for certain 'bulks' of his notebooks. His total investment of his own money in his LYN trading over the years far exceeds most of you guys.

Heroes99 pm me the list of ppl going with u as group A KL. Group A penang can pm me if they want and we can go together but since I got a refund I can only join you to go to the station but can't add my name to the report.

My investment, well.... doesnt match Austin.... its quite a bit concerning scsi but that as much as the him.

Date of refund demand means the day u had demand(give notice that u want a refund) from SB the refund. Actually, dont fill that date... i'll remove that requirement n just add the date of when u post in this thread ur request for refund. TO make things simplier.
