hi guys,
I am looking at double storey house for a few housing area in Cheras area;
1) Sunway Cheras
2) Taman Sungai Sering

would like to know the pro and cons of these 2 area, prices of the houses are about the same, so which one should i go for ?
would appreciate any good advise of residents staying around the area.

actually its up to your preference.
i ended up chosing Sering due to its value for money (bigger land) and the environment suits me. Initially wanted to go for a more reputable developer but after considering that that the houses are already 100% completed, the developer name factor did not play such an important role here. decided to get a bigger house instead.. hope this helps you..
