And within 24 hours with a vet report, you could have got a refund. When you need to purchase a dog, get it from a breeder or a pet shop that specializes in dogs. Where they will have shelfs of dog food, dog accessories, dog health items, dog microchip tag services if available and a couple of dog breeds in the shop. The pet shop that your friend have gone too is completely unreliable. They are only interested in making money and definitely you will not get a refund. Tell your friend to not get into trouble. It is hard to overcome the loss of a dog, but we need to carry on, and i am definitely sure your friend will get a better match (dog) in the future.
