Hey guys, curious about the difference between the JAN & MAR intake for the A LVLS @ HELP. Would the MARCH intake student be shortchanged eg: they join in the jan classes. Or issit a batch on its own. I can only enter the jan batch on the 1st week of feb, so im curious to whether i should apply for the march batch. Please advise. U can email me @ sanji666@hotmail.com

Added on January 2, 2011, 10:30 pmOH MY I JUST FOUND OUT THAT IF U GO INTO THE MARCH INTAKE YR EXAMS ARE ONLY IN JAN & JUN, you'd miss the first JUN paper

Ease of entry, depends on the nature of your preferred postgrad course. A BPsych alone isn't a sufficient indicator of whether you'll make it through the screening processes. There are terms and conditions, of course, CGPA requirements being one that comes to mind.

Sorry to not be of more assistance, but a general question can only get a general answer at best.

Hey hey, you wouldn't be shortchanged. March intakes will join the march batch, your timetable and schedule are designed in order for you to catch up with your January intake peers. This translates into longer study hours for you and lesser holiday breaks as compared to the January intake. Basically you are making up for two months worth of lost time. Contrast this with the students in the January intake, they have shorter study hours and longer holiday breaks. For weaker students who need a whole lot of guidance and less stress, they are always encouraged to go for the January intake. Though a majority of them are choosing the January intake purely to prevent from wasting time. March intakes usually comprised of students who had to attend their National Service and those who decides to take a longer holiday break.

It is possible. Anyway may i suggest you to visit HELP and get a list of subject combinations from them? You will be very much enlightened if you head there and talk to the counselors.

yes i do smile.gif i will divide it into 2 groups ok?

UOL
RM2.4k per each subject(x4) = RM9600
for 3 years means RM9600x3
There are external fees for UOL which is application fee for year 1 = 63 pounds, first registration fee for year 1 = 601 pounds, cont registration fee for year 2 & 3 = 292 pounds each year
Exam fees for year 1,2,3 = RM1312 per subject

Intake date are 21 Mar 11, 23 May 11 and 5 Sept 11

UEL
RM 3.2k per each subject(x6) = RM19200
for 3 years means RM19200x3
they dint write external fees for this and the lecturer told me all the application fees and exam fees are all included inside already.

Intake date are 7 Feb 11, 3 May 11, 5 Sep 11

I'm going there to register tomorrow already. smile.gif hope this helps.
