ASUS HD 3870 user reporting in



any suggestion? best driver for ATI now?

belang2 means artifacts, maybe its reach maximum temperature before hang,
psu also one of de factor, after 1st /2nd round (when u see ur b2142 stats (which is in 2D mode), gc automatically set lower clock (300mhz), n then u enter da game again for 3rd round, it set back to 830mhz, so ur psu not power enough to hold da voltage when the GC change the core clock.

get better psu, n better airflow

ic, i got bad experience with Acbel.
maybe ur psu ok, not mine
maybe urs overheat only kot..

i dun get what u mean,each card got pro n contra but both good GC,
but for me i love ATI display than nVidia

First Person Shooter, (COD4/Battlefield 2)
when sniping
1st, long distance view rendering, ATI rendering stil sharp
nVidia oledi 'blurred' @ long distance view (thats y nvidia 'gain' more FPS from there) bcoz less texture rendering

Racing/Sim
3D modeling, fence modeling n texture ATI stil sharp @ long distance (but lower FPS than 8800gt)
while nvidia 'filtered' da texture (FPS? bit higher than 8800gt)

last time
i try NFSMost wanted (FPS doesn't matter la rite now, both smooth)
im using 8800gts n my bro (sniper69) using 2900xt
honestly ATI graphic far more cun la bro

mine ASUS HD3870
i bought dis brand bcoz all of my fren playing COH n then racun me to buy that game
the worse COH game got no stock @ tsb ..all Back to back order
i saw ASUS bundle with this game, so i bought this brand lo
if not, i just buy saphire oni

maybe ur cpu bottleneck , but ur AMD proc can oc kaw kaw mah, must try

reinstall driver?
set catalyst A.I to standard,
dont disable it/advanced.
hav xp before. lol
if disable,u'll get single card score,

set it advanced, the a.i alter ur setting, plus vsync. n max fps limit to 60 oni
