I don't think so, but I'm using AA batteries. And it says I have 3 of 4 bars left which is still fairly good. It doesn't happen so much when I play say.. Table tennis.

It's probably your battery pack not being held tight enough. Especially when you use another controller's pack on yours.

contact problem; clean the battery & controller contacts, try not to knock the controller around too much...

i have problems with my play n charge kit as well.. my experience is.. then i turn off the console while the play n charge kit is still attached.. it'll charge the battery when the console is turned off.. after the battery is fully charged, i unplugged the play n charge cable off the controller, it still 'spins' around! means that it's low on battery! you guys think it's the contact? i'll try to take out the battery and clean it with something and try again.. else i'm gonna need another play n charge kit.. sad.gif

Ah, thanks for the replies! Although I got a feeling is the vibration on the controller thats making the contact on the battery side loose. Have to try it out when I get back to Malaysia

@ah_chak, I'm not 100% sure, but I know a lot of people dont like the play n charge kit, takes too long to charge compared to the docking one and some other misc problems.

FYI some battery are small in size even though its AA size. Depends on brand i found that energizer and duracel fits batter in the compartment. Hope this helps.. on the other hand, yeah why dont you just buy play and charge battery.. saves a lot!!!

Yeah I'm using energizer and it keeps disconnecting a lot, then sometimes it wont happen at all. Kinda weird sad.gif

Yup, gonna buy a battery set when I get back, if it still disconnects/turn off by itself.... seriously... microsoft can... mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

But thanks for the tips everyone!
