After a few days using the mighty mouse, I have to admit the novelty sort of wears off. I often right-clicked when I wanted to left-clicked. A single hard shell body of the mouse doesn't help me to left-click faster than I used to.

Erm.... do you know there is 3rd button (click the scroll button) and 4th button (on the side of the mouse) and it is configurable? I've set my 3rd button to launch Expose and 4th button to launch Spaces.

And you can set the scroll mouse to scroll 360 degrees. Handy if you need to photoshop some large images.

yes... that was what i wanted to say... you have to spread your left and right click very far apart to get it to left and right click correctly... it is not easy to get it to work as you want it to...

theoratically... you're right... practically...it is quite a lot of difference... maybe some of us are just plain picky tongue.gif

the side buttons are even more annoying... anything that is programmed to that button will just run when you grab the mouse harder... or maybe i have superman's grip blush.gif

ohh.. it is made in malaysia now... no longer china?

this is the most uninteresting thing about mac...

DESIGN IN CALIFORNIA...

MADE IN CHINA...

after spending loads of money buying one...you see this.. imagine what you felt like...

anyways... i am just not compatible with the mighty mouse.. and i never like wireless mouse... for one it is heavy and i am a clumsy person as i might drop the mouse... and the cord is actually a lifesaver for the mouse to hang on to the usb port incase you drop it tongue.gif

so fast.. it is quite impossible... maybe it is just dirty.. that is what happened to me most of the time (used to)...

just get a small piece of cloth tissue (anything thin) or anything, damp it a bit (i tried alcohol)... press on the scrolll ball and use your finger to turn the scroll ball to scrub it...that works most of the time... i think it is just dirty only...

i normally encounter the scroll ball only able to scroll down and not up....

this guy operated his mighty mouse...
Mighty Mouse

notice one thing... the speakers for the scrolling sound...

try not to do this (really).. you'll end up having a hard time putting it back apparently (or maybe i am just not good at putting back things together)... i did it with the old apple pro mouse... it does not work well after glueing and assembling all the pieces back...
