124.82 is what i usually aim for but i use a firewall to check whether that IP has a lot of pings being sent to it. else redialing.

60.53 is fast but again, depending on location.

dial up during 6 pm - 8 pm or 7 am - 9 am. outside of those times, maybe not so lucky to get the above 2 IPs.
