Kastam tahan package from overseas, How to claim

Worse, I ordered ori Sony MP3 player - 3 units from UK and all of them got stolen at Kastam. There is always a tear where they took the mp3 and send me an empty package.
Grrr!!!!! I hate Kastam. Hope the person who took it goes deaf! |
