ehmm this happen to me before. I buy some books from amazon. After six months of not receiving it, i liased with Amazon on its status till they ignore me for good. What the heck, i ask for refund from HSBC. And they did !!!

After a year, I received a card from Pos Malaysia that I need to go pick my stuffs. I totally lost as i totally forgotten about the items.

Then when i got my stuffs i was like har ? now only it arrived. But what the heck I got it for free
