hi,im nurul ,it has been 2 years i import fragrance and cosmetic from usa.im not facing any problem with dhl or customs..but for this year 2012 my shipment that arrived on 2 feb at dhl subang still not release by customs.due to farmasi act..i just informed by cosmetics department from biro pharmaceutical kebangsaan today that starts from 2012 all import item under cosmetic subject..perfumes,skincare ,makeup etc will need nota notifikasi that is kelulusan from farmasi ..tidak kira sama ada u buy as gift,personel use or to resell..and they say nota notifikasi hanya dikeluarkan kepada pengimport berlesen..let say i buy mariah carey fragrance so they wont allow me to import that from overseas..they say only elizabeth arden malaysia or licensed distributor can import ..the notification notes wont be issued for me even if i want it..what all of u think about that? so they also say that its illegal for us to sell such item online because we dont have licensed to import that and its already available here in counter..just purchase here they say..how stupid they are..its damn expensive here!! so now they are telling us that we are no more allow to make extra income by selling import perfumes and cosmetic from overseas..im blank and dont know what to do now..thats why all have to use org dalam to help ..
