Hi i got problem for my parcel.
Okay first thing first. My parcel is a CD from japan. & d shipping method is thru SAL. Now 1st prob is no tracking number but i got order number. I receive an email tat my cd is already shipped out on 25 Nov 2013. 2nd prob is till now my parcel is not yet arrive. I called pos malaysia , they said they can't track for me. So how?? Am i going to call Kastam? or any other option?? Or anyone can help me?? Thanks...  |
