Nothing, except a refund from the company/ individual. Seriously, Malaysia has issues when it comes to these kind of things. Two similar cases has already happened to me:
1) Ordered an item from Play-Asia since 24th May. Sent through Air Economy Box(insured, but no tracking number). Almost 2 months have passed and I have never received any letter from the custom or the post office to collect the item. Contacted P-A support and they were very confused with the mishap. Got refunded in store credits after that.
2) Friend sent a handphone from Australia in March. Until now, I still haven't heard any news about it. Unfortunately, my friend lost the tracking number so there's no way to track it.
Definitely some imbeciles on our side that sabotages our belongings.
