how to display chinese traditional and simple character, I can see korean and japanese kanji and katakana character .I have installed the eastern language support in control panel?

Im using panels UI mess up with some config and now my SCPL wont follow playback even i already set the option.For e.g when i click next button the cursor on the playlist didn't follow current playing track.
Any ideas? |

Anyone know how to change it ?
When using Window Media Player, the font is big and clear, but once i use the Foobar + G15 Plug-in software, the font is very small...  How should i change it ? Realy appreciated anyone can help me.
