Hey guys, these are all big firms. What about small firms? Do they have bonuses as well? Also, will fresh employees get bonus too?

well its really depends on co policy..but most do not offer bonus for newly join staff (or staff joined after October/November)....tat;s what I understand...

1 month, but they give it to you slowly. They give me 1/4 of it, then after 3 more months 1/4 of it. Because they scare people run away when take the measly 1 month bonus.

PUBLIC MUTUAL (damansara)
2 time bonus ..performance bonus and year end bonus
year end bonus up to 6 months..

HSBC (hdpm)
1-3 months performance bonus (depends on rating)

YTL PS 2 to 3 months.
depends on appraisal review.

Please specify if you know any small firm have performance bonus. And of course fresh employee get bonus too in condition he/she does not join the company close to year end.

I heard York offers average 5.5 month bonus. Got people get 12 months bonus.

for me
petronas 6 month + 1 month merit + loyalty bonus = 8 month hehehe

Oki .. to give ya guys a rough ideas bout it. Im actually involved in betting industry that also consist of analysis and informations of matches being played thruout the world. The company Im in is actually licensed and a listing company at London Stock Exchange. Its kinda sensitive to enclose my company that Im currently attached to here, and pls understand that. Dont simply jump into conclusion without doing some thinkin and futher research!

6-18months is just the standard. The management level are getting even MORE!

For mine...small comp (bout 20)
1 month contractual before CNY
quarterly performance bonus (less than 4k for this year -> oledi habis guna liao)

Just wonder, to those guys that enter comany have little or no bonus (like me ), what is your feeling if u read these thread or seeing ur frined get BIG bonus?
Unhappy ? angry ? Don't believe people get so much bonus, it all lie ?! Blame the salesman for not perfroming well ?
OR Its OK la, a lot of people also don't get bonus la....
