i'm sorry to ask this question again
i've read it sumwhere in this thread before but seems cant find it... regarding negotiating salary with the interviewer... how to make them offer 1st and then how we can req them to increase the pay sorry to trouble u guys |

but i tot some of them said... " in the art of negotiating, the 1 offer 1st the 1 will lose" and some more if lets say i'm from cust service line wanna change line to logistic how to ask in a polite manner? |

went for a interview earlier...
interviewer asked my expected salary n i told him i'm not sure what are the salary range for this field and furthermore its shiftwork. would you mind telling me the range? then he keep quiet n change topic ==' |
