.net can fetch better pay at cbj..for 5 yrs..n if u have certification can fetch 5.5-6.5k for senior programmer position

Working Hour : 9 - 6pm

but u only join the company for 11 months..so it doesn't seems right to ask for any increment just yet...there is no annual increment stated in your offer letter?

Depend on the bank org also...for eg, ocbc so manager earning can start from 4k/mth with bonus of average 1.5 mths to maybe 4 mths while in pbb the 1 i know earning at around 8k bt they will have average bonus of minimum 2 mths to 6 mths. note that i'm talking about back end support rather than front-end eg. sales manager..etc..

haha..? well maybe, but in most cases maybe u r rite, but there is always exception, sometimes how much your worth not just determine by experience, a company willing to pay you above market rate might due to they need your expertise urgently...or perhaps they willing to invest in u for future growth mah..

hmm..a new murano cost 370k without insurance(according to The Star car price guide), average hire purchase interest at 2.5%, consider installment period is 7 yrs, then you need to pay approx. rm5175.60/month for 7 years! then consider a married man with kids somemore, how about issurance,home loan,car maintenance,foodleh and etc etc...if not at least 5 figure where got enuf wor..unless all his family members stay in muranolor..

btw..murano drive by his manager not him...
