my portfolio in summary.
years of exp = 2++. skills = java and sql. years in current comp = 1++. current pay = 3k since last year. company industry = banking. would like to ask, am i underpaid? im asking my boss for increment and the answer i get is, the max i can give u is 3k, and u already at 3k therefore ur increment is 0. |
