Salary: Basic of RM2500 + Shift Allowance of RM600 = RM3100
Working Hours: 8 hours including 1-hour lunch/dinner break for 5 days a week. Depending on my monthly shift schedule, I may have to work on weekends since this is a 24 X 7 operation. However, I do get my offdays in lieu during the weekdays. Even public holidays are not spared, but I do get replacement leaves whenever my working days fall on public holidays.
Benefits: OT claims; meal allowance when I'm working OT and/or when I'm required to forgo my lunch/dinner breaks due to high volume of calls and requests but no OT claims; medical or dental claims up to RM40 a month; 13th month salary; and half month bonus (which I think I have been shortchanged because those permanent staff get from 2 months up to 6 months! Sad case lah
