QUOTE(speedguy10 @ Nov 7 2008, 04:48 PM) My friend graduated (Electronic Engineering) with almost the same CGPA as yours. difference ppl difference luck lo.. When finding job, actually need some luck also. If u lucky, u easily find an employer which offer high salary. If don wan to depend on luck, just keep finding finding finding. But that is hard, because normally fresh graduate will fast fast accept a job as they didnt have any experience. He got his first job with the salary around RM2.7k in Penang (Jan of FY '08), work as a Test Engineer. I think RM1.1k - RM1.3k is underpaid especially if you need to work in KL. |

yaya... need some luck sometimes. btw, dont be too choosy. Some company willing to give high for good programmer/software engineer/web developer because is hard to find a good programmer. So, if u feeling u are good and underpaid but ur company not willing to give ur expected, try others. -.- If you believe u are good, u can easily get a job in programmer field because a lot of programmer jobs outside, just grab it.

QUOTE(duneyip2 @ Dec 20 2008, 04:21 PM) How much a finance fresh graduate can earn if not working with bank ?? Coz i heard Public bank offer RM 2.5k for fresh graduate for management trainy post. Any guides anyone ? From what i know half year ago from 2 of my frens who joined public bank, the management trainee post is 2.8k for fresh graduate. But not sure about now, maybe less already because financial crisis has directly impact on finance and bank industry. |

It is just the basic salary which stated in ur payslipwhen the company ask for current salary and expected salary does it mean basic salary? or include all the allowances like petrol, housing....which made up the total salary?
