What u think guys? Any designers here?? come share share your experience.. for my experience, i think designing company don't pay their designer well. Different industry pay better

haha. hope this company give good increment every year! lolz.. now a day in this line, the boss don't see your paper anymore..even u got diploma,degree or masters.. they look at your experience + portfolio more like it.
