Hi, I need opinions for my offer..

Private banking, client services unit, executive position
Assisting private bankers with their transactions but no advisory, just services basically
My experience are 2 years in the diff platform but same role at Singapore's foreign bank
Offered RM3000, 2 years contract
20 annual days leave
rm1500 each for both medical and dental claim inc spouse and kid

I heard PBB paid rm2800 for management trainee. This bank is giving rm3000 for my 2 years exp and they are private banking which have high end customers. I think it is a bit low, but I am not sure what is the market rate for this kinda job. Can anybody give me some info? Thanks....
