hongkong has the highest 'salary rate' in asia next is thailand, singapore then malaysia 30k hkd is a good deal for freshies, but keep in mind that cost of living is about 20% more expensive than singapore... anyway i don't think you'll get that salary in singapore let alone malaysia.
