Normally Jp comps will squeeze its employee out alot, much like chinaman comp unless you're doing upstream works. Suggest you try schlumberger or Exxon Mobil for a better carrier path. I was too interested on joining Technip last time but one of my senior came back from internship with disappointment. He regretted for not considering rnz and ramunia. How about considering Halliburton or baker?

but after 10 years service the increment is very small whereas in private sector the salary will be based on your exp.. 10years exp possible to get triple and more than the salary u get in the 1st year of working.

got 3yrs+ experience she only offer me 1.6k basic only.
cant survive ler with tat salary!

FYI, commercial the increament is slow compared with the audit line.

I'm an acct Exec. 4yrs exp. no degree yet. Even some acct managers don't get 5k, so how am i suppose to get 5k ler.

You want to do ACCA? Think twice dude,i know it a damn good qualification but i can tell you,you will fail a few times before passing.

My friend failed 5 times d,now still retaking over n over again.Besides,the fees are expensive.

It not easy but not impossible and once you pass,you will feel like KING.
