Hi guys, i intended to do "huge" increment from my manager, working as service engineer for PABX system... one of our current company shareholder planned want to take our products for investment and willing to give my manager capital to handle a new company which not related from current company's operation... only me and my manager will transfer to new company... my manager handle his system range and i handle my system range, which means if i left my manager and will caused half of the new company operation collapse... around 5 customers using my manager system range but more than 50 customers using my system range... so i quite important person in the new company later... later my manager will employ 2 staffs for help me to handle my system...

how much of the increment i able to request from my manager? i had bachelor degree and worked 1 years+ with manager, able to solve all the problems by myself... RM3000 will over the limitation?

How is my salary? i'm degree holder but seem like low bit for me...
Now i'm the VIP for my managing director because my manager resigned and i'm the only person know the product
Furthermore, my colleague say that i really able to assist managing director a lot of jobs and i work hard for him
anyway to convince my managing director to offer me higher salary... like my gf aged 24 only and work as account officer, she can get RM2300... now she going to resign and expect new salary RM2500 at new company... so my salary seem low since i have to One Leg Kick...
