hi all,

normally how much increment/adjustment a company will give? (this is first adjustment, already 2 years no salary adjustment, only has annual increment which not even enough to cover phone bill..sad.gif )

Is there a standard rate for salary adjustment? 15-20%?
how about job change? :erm:
