hi, i have approx. 2 years experience in retail industry. i'm being offered as a management trainee in public bank. it stated the minimum pay for fresh grad = RM2.8k. does my 2 yrs exp. count in as a reason to negotiate for a slightly higher salary? if yes, by how much?
