my job since grad end 2005 :
1. petrol pump cashier >> rm600+rm300 allowance
## jobless about 5 months
2. temp clerk (insurance comp) >> rm850 + OT (forgot how much per hour )
3. mech. engineer (maintenance building) >> rm1800 + rm200 allowance
4. project engineer (oil n gas) >> rm1800
5. asst mech. engineer (oil n gas) >> rm2k-3k

seems like i've been upgrading myself in almost 3 years

##gov servent will get bonus 2 times...huwaaaa

the salary is based on ur xperience, ur education and your ability ... even someone got more 5 years eperience but without education and without ability, then no point ...

company will increased your salary based on your perfomance. nowaday degree, skill certificate is important.. for example Welding Ispector (oil n gas) even they dun have degree,but their skills and cert can make their salary rm12k/month.

higher salary, higher debt! hehe..

jsut grateful what u have.. some people dun change company even get higher salary,, becoz of the enviroment, friend n management...

sometime we dunno what will happen what will happened at new company...

but its the best if u can work at published kompany, i.e public listed kompany, got shares and all that

huhu..its not easy to join big company schlum...its not like normal interview...

it is standard salary if u join similar company

3 years exp??? so start work at 22..

no wonder if u get higher.. coz u're contract staff...

but well at age 25 u can earn rm6k is really2 good!!~

no EPF???? can ahhh??? afaik, every company must have EPF distribution wooo..

if u can find another job, even the salary lower that current. better u go

but the important is got EPF, annual leave, claim... etc
