This salary is after the year end adjustment and pro-rated as well since i didn't serve a full year in 2007 (only worked about 3/4 of the year).
OT claims would depend on your luck, if assigned to a project where the clients are freaking rich then OT can be claimed, cheapskate clients otherwise. If you like sitting in office with nice air cond and work with a PC all day long, this can be a dream job as life isn't as hectic since it's an European MNC.
