how is the salary for this pos? In addition. off for weekend but need to stand-by support if critical issue happen. work in weekend can claim OT 1.5. Flexi start working hour meant std start work time at 9am, but allow to enter office the latest 945am. Work till 6pm, but normally i worked longer than tat, leave office around 7pm. Just sum season need to work like dog, 24/7 . Not project accomplished incentive. Wat is ur guys commets?
