Below is my last employment that I quit about a month ago

Experience before joining : fresh grad
Location : KL
Salary : RM1200
Allowance : RM200 after probation
Benefit : None
Working Hour : Varies, 10am - 6pm(suppose), sometimes 12 hours
Difficulties : No transport claims, no OT

Do you guys think I make a good choice by leaving?
