Thx for reply.
I've worked for 1+ year in a local company since 2005-2006, and then went back to UKM for my master study, did some part-time job (such as RA) during that time. i'm gonna graduate on this Oct. no working recently.

Job Title : Network Engineer / Tech Lead
Job Desciption : Handling telecommunication incident globally. (Data & Voice)
Years spent in company : 3
Company : AT&T (Formerly was known as Shell Telecoms Organization under SHELL IT)
Industry : Telecoms
Tenure : Contract
Employment Level : Sill Macai
Experience before joining : 9 years experience (Some of them fresh but with good interpersonal and analytical skills)
Wage : 8K

If MNC is the company that you're aiming to work with, you will need to work on your interpersonal and analytical skills. They will drill you on management skills even though your job scope is bound only to engineering. MNC company expect mature candidates.

For your qualification, you have a good CV but due to lack of experience have to work from the ground if you want to join MNC... White-man expect you to know the company processes and methods you're dealing with them. You can have good post if you super excel in your interview.
