mine lebih suka in share market...cash out more easy and sometime return higher than the property market......

Since the foresee property market will stagnant for next one year (my own opinion oni, dun shoot me), no harm to cash out to invest to another field....like share market, gold, currency and Oil. 

I know is high risk if compare with property...but no choice lor...high risk = high gain/loss....

It always true that low floor condo unit selling price is cheaper , as so as the rental is cheaper.

It fact!!

Hypothesis:
If I have a high floor unit but rented at low floor rate -- faster to rent out! So, if supply > demand (example if KR2 are ready / etc.....), people with high floor can just match the rental rate of low floor n would get the tenant (if he / she prefer higher floor)...

Similar apply to 1448 sf Vs 1222 sf.... If supply > demand situation, people with bigger unit offer same price like smaller unit (or slight higher price than smaller unit), the person would grab the tenant first...

So, is a matter of higher floor / bigger unit would provide a better chance to get tenant in a competitive environment if the person willing to have slight  lower yield but faster to rent out....

BTW my neighbour just informed me that a 790sqft unit in block 8 is going for 300K and according to the agent "its below market value"! Wonder what is the market value 

I just bought a 791sqft studio unit, 1 month+ back @RM255K. Public Bank valued at RM200K only. So don't be too optimistic about the high valuation by the agent.
