btw my latest 775sf can get 220k. dec 12' was 180k...... so 5months 40k i would say GREAT LAH!!

sorry boss.... i didnt meant to sell anything, i bought a 791sf early this year that time BV was 180k and i bought it at 160k so i didnt bother much to ask around....

buying another one 775sf lately at 210k, so i get this 220k value from close PBB banker

thats y i said from 180k to 220k.... 40k BV increase within 6months is consider very good
