So I bought PBTE more than 3 months ago during pre-order, even before IceCube got the product in hand.

I was skeptical about it, as everybody was, but decided to plug it in anyway. First impressions, not so good. Could not feel any difference at all. No lighter pedal, no faster acceleration, no better fuel consumption. I attributed it to my car being new, thinking that the effect should be more noticeable on older cars. Oh well. Just left it there and pretty much forgot about it.

Last week, I was vacuuming the interior of my car, had to remove PBTE to plug in the vacuum cleaner. After cleaning, I forgot to plug PBTE back in. The next day I drove around without it plugged in. In the evening, I noticed that it wasn't plugged in. I did not feel any difference while driving. That confirmed that there were no effects of using it. So I lent it to my friend, who drives an older car, thinking that she may benefit from it.

The next day, I had to travel long distance. Long distance as in 30mins on the highway. Normal days I'm driving 99% urban. Jams and slow traffic. Boy did I miss PBTE! The amount I had to press down on the accelerator, and yet the car was picking up so damn slow/sluggish. Overtaking on the highway was such a pain, not forgetting dangerous too. That afternoon, I went to look for my friend and asked for my PBTE back. My friend, who only used the PBTE for half a day, said she felt that acceleration was much better on her car, and she did not need to step on the accelerator as hard as before. She asked me to lend it to her for another few days so that she can monitor the fuel consumption. So sorry, I was not going to drive off without my PBTE. Even if PBTE had no effect on fuel consumption, it is still worth every cent. I believe that it does improve fuel consumption, but it is difficult for me to test as my driving style changes with my mood.

At a price tag of Rm200, it is really a bargain. To all who have yet to give it a try, seriously, what are you waiting for? Waiting for the price to go back up?

To IceCube, sorry for this review only after almost 4 months. I believe in giving truthful positive reviews. Thank you for bringing this awesome product to all of us. It makes driving so much more enjoyable.

Thanks bro for the honest, truthful review i been waiting for.
This is what forum are about, sharing the good stuff. Probably alot of pbte user are like you also, they bought it but feels its not that good improvement but humans get used to the feeling very fast, thus the only way to feel the different again is to unplug it and lend it to your friends. biggrin.gif I do believe, less then 3 drive without PBTE you will be screaming and scratching your head why your car became so sluggish again. Weird isn't ?
Then when you plug pbte back, its instantly revive the soul of your car, but in a few days time it gets even better. Again, weird isn't ?
Every car is fun to drive when its smooth, when power is just at the tap of your right foot..... so much fun that you hardly can sleep at night thinking about it !! biggrin.gif

We cant force everybody into believing this product. Its just up to the members to try it out and share it here .... whoever sells flower will say the flower smells nice. biggrin.gif (if u know what i mean).

I do believe there is alot of good stuff out there, I am testing some other product now also, hopefully its worth it before i share with you guys.

Thanks again for the great review..

No prob man. It is well deserved. Anyway, that friend whom I took back my PBTE from is asking about it. I think she's considering to get PBTE and/or TAB. Not too sure yet. Maybe u can PM me the combo price and I'll try to convince her.

Its the new version Turbo Eco V.4. Its install at the ciggy socket and it works better that way compare to battery compartment type.
Best price is RM200. Why not try the combo with TAB ( http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1602475 ) for RM350 , get maximum power and fuel saving~
