if is my car wiring problem,then how come burn vs and not burn fuse! any short circuit happend will first burn the fuse,now its bypass fuse and burn vs, its already show not the wiring problem.
somemore....i not ask you in here,then its no news from you. bring back the faulty unit and get new one?

your 'let me know', i alread wait for 1 week, so how long i should keep waiting! 2 week! 1 month! 3 month! 1 year! or wait till end of the world!

the big problem with the vs is....its bypass fuse,the worst happend maybe will cause car burning.

i already send back faulty one to leisure mall on yesterday, now i wait, see wait till when,maybe wait till end of the world.

no need to describe like how big is the company,just like describe how good is the vs. u there just a small computer shop, all the while just the same guy in the shop or the indo girl.
u describe how good is the vc,and not the vs problem,and say my car wiring short circuit. on pass week i go to check all my wiring and find have any problem with my car,the result is my car in good condition noting wrong. so it show is the vs problem, the very big problem is its bypass fuse.

u just inform me here with the collect date and time.let all the people saw its fast when purchase and how 'fast' when claim warranty. this is second time i claim, and i experience it,but other people dont know.

i already spoilt 2 unit in a year, the 2nd unit spoilt in the same day install. all also bypass fuse and direct burn vs,so its not protect by fuse. and what its call one-to-one warranty within 1st year,i'm still in the 1st year warranty, but "repair your unit".

now i still waithing for my warranty claim.

Your unit just led burnt. It does not burn the cap inside. if cap burnt do you know what happen? LOL. Try put a cap in reverse polarity.

Your first unit led failed in 11months.Swap a new unit for you within days. Also led burnt. Suspect that batch led problem.

now claim is led problem. in the begining say is my wiring problem and make me spend rm100+ to do the checking.
no matter any reason u use,u know i know its what happend. i brought v2 then exchange new unit v2 for me, its underwarranty and within a year. even u say no more production,its not my problem, no need request me to pay for get the new version,after i reject that 'offer',then now keep saying how great your self is for exchange a faulty v3 unit to me. again....i brought v2 then give me back new unit v2,its my consumer right.
dont challenge my patience and inclusive, if reach my max limit,then i bring this case and complait it at NCCC to defend my consumer right.
date and time for me to collect new unit v2?

not only me, u can read back all the oldest post. and i bring out this case in my car club to discuss, then i being told about this seller selling history.

about the warranty,mention 1 to 1 warranty. when i claim warranty,he told no more production,and 'offer' to pay for new version,but at the same time i saw he still selling it.and now he say repair my unit,then is that call 1 to 1? also just keep waithing, till now i still waithing for my unit back, but totally no news and dont know need wait till when.

i already share my experience,i dont care u guys buy it or not, me and my car team member will never buy any item from this buyer.
now what i care is....when can i get back my vs that now on 1 to 1 warranty claim .

no matter doing what test,even after install and car can fly,the big problem is the seller service.
i send back faulty unit on 29/10/2010 for 1to1 warranty, but till now still no news.....its suck.
so pray to god that unit your brought nothing wrong.
for v2 and v3 buyer,recommended go to work shop do wiring current test,exspecially grounding cable,then u will know whats the problem.
