i m newbie in dealing with postage,
so i got few question to ask.
1) if the buyer use online banking to transfer money to my bsn account, how many day will it take to transfer?
2) bsn can use online checking? coz if everyday needs to go bank check will me not easy for me coz the bank is far frm my house and school.

i asking coz i went to bank juz now and ask for my balance but there is no active banking currently, and i dealing wif a forummer that he clams he had bank in the money to me and he juz giv me the reference number so i cant do anything.

anyone help me.

normally it just next businesss day or 2 days if ur customer banked in by GIRO Interbank transfer

p/s:do always check ur balance,dont send the item if u havent received the money,if didnt received after the next business day,contact bank just a friendly reminder

the buyer din even send me slip, only reference number.
den juz now i go bank and juz say the update of my 2 previous deal oni.
btw, the buyer using OCBC bank, anyway to check?
i juz scare he reli got bank in but i din notice later he say me scaming.

For your case, I assumed that the other party using online funds transfer to your BSN account right?
Then, you might have to wait 2 - 3 working days to clear the transaction.

You can tell the buyer that you will deliver the items once the transaction have cleared. Hope it helps~

Inter banking will spent 2 - 3 days for transaction.

need 1-2 working days...after that only the sum will be in your BSN acc..if u serious want to trade, better apply for maybank acc....

maybank has imteen account for teenagers from age 12-17 i think. u need ur parents to sign letter indemnity or something like that. but it's urs to freely use. can even do online banking =)

register ur account at maybank as student. need deposit rm200 for student if i not mistaken.. then they will tell u how to sign in next at maybank2u.com easy and fast. from my experience maybank interbank transfer la, take 2 days to process. they charge u rm2 for interbank transfer, free to 3rd party (same maybank) transfer. maybank is the easiest and faster imo.

do i have to just go to any of the maybank branch to sign up for a new acc? and then jus ask for the online pin to do online banking?

yep. but need some deposit to open new account. dont forget to bring your IC of course.

parents IC also need.

maybank.. minumum to open an account - rm250...
u can take back the rm240 after all registration complete and need leave atleast rm10 in the bank account.. need IC, house bills such water bill and electricity bill, no need parent IC... if student, make sure bring student card..

For under 18 maybank2u can only check account summary but cant make online transfer.
Better bring parents when you want to open an account and last time need RM250 for the deposit.

Just bring Original IC to the counter and open a saving account. Thats all~
As previous reply, you need at least RM 250 deposit for personal saving account. If under certain condition like student or open a saving account under your working company, you just need to deposit at least RM 10 to open a saving account.

They (Maybank) in idle mode between 12am - 6am. Should be able to access the Maybank2U after 6am.
